Delete my account and data

App: EATIQO. Operator: CGWEB (Canada Global Web), Bathurst, New Brunswick.

Option 1: from the app

In EATIQO, open Profile, then choose account deletion. Your account becomes inaccessible immediately.

Option 2: by email, without the app

Write to contact@eatiqo.com from the email address linked to your account, with the subject "EATIQO account deletion". If you signed in with Apple or Google, tell us.

To protect your account, we may ask you to confirm your identity by replying to our email.

What is deleted

Your account (email or Apple or Google identifier, language).
Your profile: cuisines, declared foods to exclude, favorites and answers.
Your consents and preferences.

Photos are not kept by EATIQO after analysis.

Timelines

Account inaccessible: immediately.
Erased from our systems: within 7 days.
Backup copies gone: within 35 days.

These timelines are proposed values, to be confirmed before the app is published.

What may be kept

The security incident log (without unnecessary personal content) and the record of your consents may be kept, as sound personal information management requires.
